To be so honest, this was one of the worst gluten free pizzas I’ve ever had. The crust was so underdone on the bottom that I felt like I was eating gooey dough. The crust was cooked perfectly around the edges though, and the flavor of the cooked edges were very yummy! But I wish the rest of the pizza crust was cooked the same. :/
