B.A.S.H. Burger and Sushi House

I’ve eaten here many times and have never had an issue. The staff always seems knowledgeable and is sure to mark orders as an allergy when asked. They have very good gluten-free buns for the burgers and a dedicated fryer for fries. The menu is clearly marked GF for items that are gluten-free, as is. The burgers aren’t marked but most can be made gf with the gf bun. Be sure to ask your server if you’re not sure. My favorite is the BASH burger on a gluten-free bun.

The menu had a lot of gluten free options ( Mac and cheese with gluten free noodles, gf buns for noodles, sushi, fries in a dedicated frier.) I tried the Philadelphia rolls. It came with gluten free soy sauce, and upon letting the server know I had Celiacs, she assured me the staff changed gloves and used fresh utensils when preparing food for individuals who cannot eat gluten. My dad (also Celiac) had a burger with fries. The fries are probably the best gf fries I’ve had. Waitstaff was knowledgeable and kind.Neither of us had symptoms afterwards. Highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the area!

Gluten & Dairy allergies knowledgeable. Had burger with GF bun & fries. I'd go again for the fries they were so good. Burger was excellent also.

Staff seemed a little unsure but they answered all my questions and insisted everything was safe. Food was good and I felt fine afterward. Fries from the Deducted fryer were really good

YUM! I had the snow crab sushi roll. It has baked snow crab and gluten free fried onions. My friend ordered a spicy roll and asked if it could be modified GF in case I wanted a bite and after the waitress checked we found were told all they needed to do was leave off the ponzu sauce. I resisted the urge to order a side of fries with my sushi, they have a dedicated fryer!

Good selection of GF options including some sushi rolls (with GF soy sauce!), burgers, and mac n cheese. SEPARATE FRYER FOR THEIR FRIES <3 I had the cranberry brisket burger on a GF bun and it was to die for. Snowcrab roll was also very good. Our server Casey was super knowledgeable and helpful when it came to allergy issues. Fast service, hip atmosphere, and huge drink selection too!
