They make their own crust whichbwhen ordered well done is excellent.

The gluten free crust is not recommended for Celiac's. They were out of the gluten free crust when I was there and were not apologetic. I got the salad with chicken instead. It was okay, though I did not verify all ingredients were GF. Eat at your own risk.
