Basil & Barley Pizzeria Napoletana

My husband found this cute pizzeria on our trip to Colorado Springs. The service and the food were excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about gluten free and cross contamination. My husband and I split a Caesar salad and a signature pizza on homemade gluten free crust. The crust was incredible! My husband said it tastes better than a regular crust. This is not a dedicated gluten free facility, but I felt comfortable eating there. I enjoyed my meal and did not get sick. To top off the great meal, we had gelato and a cappuccino.
