I ordered the shrimp and grits after my server checked with the chef that it’s gluten free. It was brought to my table with bread on top of it. I’m not celiac, just sensitive so I took it off, scooped that part off and still ate the meal. It tasted great, but if you’re celiac I think their carelessness could be dangerous for you.

Talked to the waitress about celiac. She was nice and seemed knowledgeable. Got the shrimp and grits without gravy. But then my food came out with a roll on the top. I didn’t get offered a new plate. She removed the roll and I had to scoop out the food where the bread was! Tasted great however-Very disappointing that they did not make celiac seriously and that I had to take a gamble eating it!!

Loved this place! Ordered the Mediterranean Steak Salad. DELICIOUS! My waitress seemed pretty knowledgeable, and explained that they don’t mix their salads which helps reduce CC. If you are really nervous, the kitchen is very easy to peek into and watch them make the food. Edit: unfortunately after going back a second time, my waiter had absolutely no clue. I don’t even think he understood any of what I was saying. There was a roll on my salad. Who puts a roll on a salad? That being said. I will be back if I’m in a bind in Niceville and just ask for no roll on the salad.

No GF menu, but gluten free options. Amazing filet, potatoes, and green beans along with a side salad made with hand made dressings. Waitress talked with the chef directly and eased my fears.

No GF menu, but they do have GF options. Talked to the chef and he was knowledgable and he thanked me for letting him know I was Celiac. Their Mediterranean Steak Salad was excellent. A little pricey, but tasty!
