We eat here all the time. My wife has CD. She has had zero issues. Just have to ask if what you order can be made GF and they can tell you. We have never had a waitress not be able to tell us. The items we like the best are the GF chicken lettuce wraps. GF Mongolian beef and GF broccoli beef. Some of the best Asian we have had compared to many states we go to.

Very considerate of my allergies when I called to order pick up while driving through Anchorage. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about menu ingredients.

Ask if they can make things GF for you. Mongolian beef isn’t usually offered GF but the cook was willing to make some for me GF! ❤️

They have specific items that they offer gluten free, but when I called for pick up I didn’t know that, I asked if they could make Mongolian beef gluten free & the chef was willing to make some for me. Very tasty! I also had GF fried rice & it was very good!

Not very many options for celiacs. They options they do have are limited and you still take the chance of cross contamination . Not able to alter very many dishes to accommodate it to be gluten free because most choices come premixed. If you have no allergies great place to eat, if you have any allergies stay away. Was very disappointed.
