What experience? We went to the Cowan Blvd location where we encountered complete & utter disappointment. There is NO gluten-free menu and the staff when we went (Late Sunday Afternoon) debated in front of us what May or May Not be GF. Are you kidding me? Obviously we left. Don’t waste your time.

The staff is well-trained for GF customers. They have the best GF sandwich rolls. Some soups are GF. In-house desserts include a GF cream-filled chocolate roll, if they haven’t run out! Been there many times and haven’t had an issue. Future store coming to Stafford, VA, off of Rt. 610 soon.

Delicious Italian sandwich. Our first visit and won’t be our last. Many gluten free options. The Kaiser roll was soft. They even have gluten-free dessert options. I ordered o hoho cake to take home. Haven’t tried it yet but it looks amazing .

I’ve never been sick after eating here and I love how many choices there are. If you are concerned about visiting, it’s best to come at a less busy time to help avoid cross-contamination issues. Also, be sure to emphasize that it’s an “allergy order” when you come. There’s a couple gf desserts also, but I come for the pizza. That’s the good stuff!

Probably would give 3.5 stars. The food is good and you get good portion sizes for the price. Depending on who you ask on what day, some things are gluten free one day and not the next (such as the chicken breast?) It’s definitely hit or miss for GF, so you are taking a risk, especially if you have celiac.

Didn’t get beyond ordering after talking with the staff. No way I was I willing to try. Certain items were GF, most were not and all prepared in the same space.

So good!!! I had a Gluten Free Tuna melt with rosemary potato things that were so good!!!
No problems with the menu or the staff. They were able to make a GF sub! Haven’t had one in forever!

The staff was very friendly and made sure to double check things so that everything would be gluten-free. Unfortunately the food just wasn’t that good, it lacked spices. The consensus among our table of both gluten-free and gluten eating family members was that we would not return. If you’re looking for a good gluten-free pizza I would recommend getting a frozen one from the supermarket instead of going here.
A lot of great selections. Staff is very helpful.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Gluten free bun for sandwiches was good! Careful of gelato. Always ask—they know.

Bread and pasta everywhere. Piles of bread hanging over the counter/cook area! No mention of a GF menu anywhere. I walked out.

Their GF menu is very large and everything we have had has been delicious. The staff is very knowledgeable and management very accommodating. Their gf kaiser rolls are to die. for and all sandwiches can be made on them. The chicken alfredo pasta dish is amazing! The pizza crust is better than any we have ever had. This place is our new favorite for GF options
Sometimes out of GF pizza crusts, but good sandwich selection to put on GF buns. I especially like the hot Italian hero sandwich!
The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great! I wish I could give it a five star rating BUT...my husband specifically asked about cross contamination issues and was assured that they are "extremely careful". My daughter, who is sensitive to cross contamination has been so ill from eating their food. So sad. :(
