The Pho is GF without the hoisin sauce (which they put on the side-it's in bottles on the table when you dine in and it comes in a separate container when you pick-up). It's delicious and a good portion size. My daughter has Celiac and has had it many times with no problems. She can usually only finish half, so we get two meals out of it.
