I read the only other available review on this app for this establishment and messaged them to confirm their precautions. They read the message and haven’t responded, so I guess we won’t risk it! Disappointed we couldn’t say this is an option on the road off I-90 on a road trip.

They offer both a gluten free crust and a cauliflower crust. They immediately told me they take precautions in baking the pizza when either of those crusts are ordered and they treat it as an allergy. When I ordered my salad without croutons, the server made sure they remade my salad before it even came out of the kitchen when they made a mistake and added croutons. The pizza was delicious (I got the cauliflower crust). I was also told their wings are gluten free but I did not try them. I am happy I can continue to go to this local pizza place.
