Celiac diner.

Fries were safe to eat and no gluten found - they have a dedicated gluten free frier! Yay! Tested safe with a NIMA sensor.

The burger was not celiac safe. The NIMA sensor detected gluten in the “regular burger. “

We asked for them to remake it without any special sauce, and in a lettuce wrap, and it still NIMA tested positive for gluten.

Server also confirms that GF bun is grilled on the same grill as the regular buns. Manager was very nice and understanding but had no idea how the cross contamination was occurring
