Celiac friendly burger joint! They keep a separate deep fryer so they can order safe GF French fries. The kids liked the gf bun on the burger and they explained how it would be cooked on a pan, not on the griddle, so the burger meat would not run the risk of cross contamination. Very pleased with this great new business in Lafayette!
