Review of Batdorf Restaurant

Before having celiacs, this was by far my favorite restaurant. There food is amazing!! Unfortunately, I went because I heard they had Gluten Free on their menu. They do have a disclaimer on the bottom of the menu that states the menu items marked with an asterisk are gluten free by their kitchen isn't. So I ordered things that I figured I would be safe with, just plain chicken and plain salad. The waiter said he will make sure they keep it away from everything else. Well, I got glutened!! Bad!! It's so sad, because I truly love it there. If you have celiacs, this isn't the place to go! I hope in the future they can get some designated kitchen space for their gluten free menu items. I would love to return.
