Not only do I feel very safe eating here, but this restaurant is overall a great dining experience. The atmosphere, menu, and service feel like they belong in a very fancy, expensive restaurant. The first time I went, the manager came around and explained that they make their own breadcrumbs from tapioca-based cheese bread, and they are very aware of allergies to take precautions on cross-contamination.
