We ate here in December and it did not disappoint. The servers were crazy aware of precautions and even recommended items I hadn't considered since usually not GF.

I visited Bavette's in Las Vegas twice during my visit. Both times the food was incredible and my server was extremely attentive.

I sat at the bar in the back room both times, so table experience may be different, but the server filled out the allergy slip in front of me, spoke with the chef, and confirmed with me after speaking with the chef.

The first visit, I ordered the steak frites. They do not always have a dedicated fryer despite the item being marked gf on the menu,, so make sure the server checks with the chef to make sure it is safe for you that day.
