This place is wonderful. Gluten free menu available. The wait staff is so kind. Very knowledgeable kitchen with my concerns. The drinks were fantastic. No wait. I highly recommend the Light Tower. I am not local but would definitely come back!

Went to the new Bay Local on General Booth. They did not have a gluten free menu or have gluten free noted on the menu. Our waitress had to keep going to the manager to ask if things were gluten free... This made me very nervous.

Ate at their newly opened second location on General Booth Blvd. This location does not have items marked as GF (the waitress did say that some of their locations do have a separate GF menu but not at this one). The waitress helped me navigate what to order and offered to check with the kitchen about any questions I had about ingredients used. So you do need to be a bit knowledgeable about what could have hidden wheat in it. Ordered the Light Tower omelet (cheese, shrimp and crab meat) with hollandaise sauce (and the waitress double checked for me that the sauce was not made with flour), Fruit and toasted gluten free bread (which was the best GF bread I have had so far). Everything was delicious and the environment was fun.

Super cute place, delicious brunch drinks. I got the lettuce wraps and they were filling and tasty (with chicken salad and house lemon vinaigrette).

I eat here often and have no issues. I just let them know I have celiac and can’t have gluten. I love their omelets and “One Love” (salad, grilled avocado, eggs, meat & gf bun subbed for toast). They always remind me that I can’t have the tater tots or homefries because of CC in the fryer. They also can sub the GF bun on the sandwiches and can upcharge to a couple gf sides (not marked, have to ask).

Went to the laskin location all the time pre celiac. Got my diagnosis and asked for a gluten free menu (at the time they didn’t have one). I went back the following time and they not only had a gluten free menu but it also indicated celiac friendly next to items those with celiac can have. I’ve ordered the burger twice and was pleased both times. Just wish they also had something for happy hour with those with celiac. I was thrilled that they had celiac friendly options those!

I have celiacs and I live here. This is one of my favorite brunch places. They do not have a dedicated space for gluten-free items but they cook many of the foods in separate batches and clean in between. Staff is very friendly and helpful! I have never gotten glutened there yet! I very much recommend the garlic Parmesan tater tots, they are AMAZING!

Everything is cooked and fried in the same space. There’s no dedicated kitchen space, and the manager came out and said that nothing was perfectly sanitary.

The staff and Chef were very helpful in separating my food. The bacon is cooked in the morning on a shared space, but they said the space is cleaned beforehand. They have gluten free buns which are super good! I had a smoked salmon BLT and am feeling great.

Had the pastrami with melted swiss cheese on a gluten free (Udi's)bun, tasted so good thought I was eating a regular sandwich.

Extremely Allergy Friendly!! Gluten-Free options advertised on the menu. Dairy-Free options as well. All items are local and fresh and the servers and cooks know every ingredient. I had the hummus as an appetizer and they substituted the tomatoes and pita chips for extra veggies. Then cooked tuna in a separate pan for my lettuce wraps. Fantastic place!!
