Review of Bayou City Wings

I am a a very minorly symptomatic celiac, however they have grilled wings. I have had them about 5 times now, they have never gotten me sick. I avoid Asian sauces in case they have soy sauce. They don’t have ingredients listed or allergens listed either but I’ve felt fine so far. I only get wings and bbq sauce.
