Celiac safe - Great From Scratch Cooking. The owner was training a new server while I was there on how they keep everything safe for celiacs. She came to my table to ask if I was celiac to ask some questions to help inform the server. She was an absolutely wonderful person and seemed dedicated to serving incredible gluten free food.
