Baystate Fries

Was looking for a gf option at six flags New England. They don't have one like great adventure. However I saw a shop that was named after fries so I was hoping for a dedicated fryer and it had one! The fries are fried separate from the chicken tenders. Got some yummy loaded fries and had them change their gloves and explained celiac. No reaction!
