I asked if they offered GF crust, and I quote, "Yeah, we take it out of the aluminum tray and then put that in the oven." When I asked if they could leave it in the aluminum tray so it wouldn't cross-contaminate, I quote again, "No, we don't do it that way. If you don't want it the way we make it, go somewhere else." Ok, I believe I will.
