I love BB’s! Most of the staff seem knowledge about dietary restrictions, but it is a shared kitchen with lots of gluten items being prepared and apart from a dedicated fryer I’m not sure what practices they have in place to avoid cross contamination. That said, I’ve eaten here many many times and rarely had an issue, and when I did it was mild. The food is good enough that it’s worth the risk in my opinion! I always get the crunchy dunkers with either cheese fries or sweet potato fries.
