I have celiac and my wife has gluten as triggers for fibromyalgia. We ordered two cauliflower crust pizzas and stressed that it was an alergy issue, not a preference for gluten free. Both pizzas came with a gluten free sticker that indicated they attempted to make the g.f. bit of course cross contamination could occur. Within minutes of eating mine I had no doubt I had eaten gluten. She started feeling bad later in the evening and by thos morning could barely move from the fibro pain. How do two separate pizzas "accidentally" both contain gluten? Either they are complete slobs with no real precautions or their staff intentionally put flour on something because it would be funny and "gluten allergies aren't real". Either way, no one woth any gluten concerns should even consider this place.
