Celiac friendly?

Only 1 kind of bagel (plain, pretty sure it’s Udis). They only have 1 toaster so they had to microwave it. Then when I got my order, it was in a bag with the other bagel, and she couldn’t tell me which one was the gluten free one. Didn’t seem like she knew or cared about cross contamination.
