Ate breakfast here. Gluten free bagel with egg, provolone, turkey sausage, and baby spinach - delicious! When I asked Cook if turkey sausage is gluten-free (It is), Cook asked if allergy or preference. She took preparing my food seriously. I have food allergies, not celiac. I asked about safety. Cooks said If you tell them you have celiac they prepare everything separately - cook on foil, use clean cutting boards, clean knives, etc.

Gluten free bagels are available. Based on other reviews, we hoped to order bacon egg and cheese but were told the cooking surface is used to toast bagels and there was not a way to cook eggs without possible cross contamination. They used a clean knife to slice the gf bagel and toasted it on foil. They were willing to open a fresh container of cream cheese and packaged the gf order in a separate bag.

Great experience. Not the best gluten free bagels I’ve ever had but happy I could eat a bagel at a bagel shop nonetheless. The chef had a friend who has celiac so he was very aware about cross contamination, and he toasted the bagel on foil on the stove top. No wheat or gluten ever touches his stove so he also cooked eggs and bacon on there for my BEC.

Went here for breakfast and got a sausage egg and cheese bagel. Told them I had a gluten allergy and the woman cooking said it was no problem. They took special care to make sure my food was separate from everything and toasted my bagel on the grill on foil to assure no contamination!
