The folks here are super helpful. Each time we ordered something gluten free the on shift kitchen manager came to speak to me and delivered the food directly to me. They had enough choices that my daughter was happy with (pizza, chicken nuggets, fries, gluten free buns etc). It has made this trip so much easier to navigate.

I went while on vacation with my family to Universal, and this was the best meal I had there. I got chicken nuggets and fries (and they were delicious, the staff said they were better than the regular ones), but there was also pizza, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, salads, quesadillas, and more. All you have to do is ask a staff member. I happened to ask the sous chef, but I don't think it matters. She brought out a separate menu and assured me there was a fryer, oven, stovetop, and prep space specifically for gluten free orders, away from the gluten. I was amazed and was so glad to have many options. She went back and made my order right away, separate from my family's. I would 100% go there again!

Fantastic for gf options and they take a lot of care to minimise cross contamination. My husband and I came here and told the waitress I have a gluten allergy (celiac) and she gave me a special menu for gluten allergy which had 2 pages of options for me! She then got the chef to come out and speak with me, who took our order and told us how he was going to prepare it himself to avoid cross contamination. The food was yummy! I felt very safe eating here.

Had dinner here while staying at the resort and was delighted to see the GF offerings. I had a GF pizza and while it wasn’t the best pizza I’d had, it was certainly good and I had no issues whatsoever. Staff seemed very knowledgeable on all things gluten free and preventing cross contact.

Very very very happy about my experience here! I wasn’t expecting much but the chef came out and told me they can make gluten free pizza, mac and cheese, they have gluten free hamburger buns, etc. She also told me they have a dedicated area for gluten free! I had the meat lovers pizza and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in my life! So so so good!

They go above and beyond here! The chef comes out and personally fixes your meal for GF. They have an option for almost any item on the menu!

If you have celiac or gluten intolerance, Beach Break Café at Endless Summer: Surfside (Universal Orlando) is absolutely wonderful. Chef Susan was always there to help me find something delicious and safe. She once even made me a custom hot sandwich for breakfast with hot chips that brought tears to my eyes. This meant the world to me.

Just about everything can be modified to be gluten free: sandwiches, pizzas, housemade chips in a dedicated fryer, burgers with gluten free bun, grilled chicken sandwiches, and more.

Some things are already gluten free and safe in a separate station: power bowls, salmon, chicken, some grab and go snacks and desserts.

Just say you have some allergy questions, and the chef/supervisor will come out. They’ll go over what’s available to you, as well as what they can modify to make it work. They have a dedicated fryer, which they used to make both french fries and breakfast potatoes for me. Great experience!

Celiac friendly?

Very friendly chefs who will come out to speak to you about what you can have. They have a dedicated fryer gf. Not too sure about a dedicated work space. They have everything from pizza, chicken nuggets, French fries, burgers, rice bowls , mac and cheese and much more. They also had a little grab and go section with gf breads and muffins. Also some gf cereals to choose from. Overall pretty happy with this quick service at the Endless summer resort.
