Beach Organics is the best health food store around the Outer Banks. The owners are very knowledgeable about health and supplements and living gluten-free. I moved to the OBX six years ago and was so happy to find them. They have organic produce, pastured meats, bulk foods, dairy products, even healthy pet stuff. They are only 15 minutes north of the OBX bridge. I highly recommend!
