Three stars because they were nice and knowledgeable, but as far as GF this is not at the top of the list. They were really great but they are not really GF friendly. The fryers are not dedicated and all but one of their sauces is made with beer. Our server was awesome and brought me their allergy sheet to help me, but this isn't a place that I would seek out for GF. There are some options if this is where everyone wants to go.

Some of the tastiest BBQ around! They have a separate menu that lists gluten free options! Lots to choose from ;) we had FANTASTIC smoked chicken wings, chips and dip, pulled pork, green beans that were AMAZING! We will be back to try more. Highly recommend!
