I asked about the gluten free sandwiches and if they are prepared safely, like in parchment paper when grilled. I was assured that it was safe. I had a bad reaction and symptoms of consuming gluten the next day and this is the only time I had eaten out in months.

This place is located inside Colonial Gardens. It has indoor and outdoor seating. It uses pastries, bread, and desserts from Emily Kate’s Bakery. They are kept in a separate area. Any sandwich’s can be substituted with GF bread. They have gluten free waffles and seem well educated on gluten free preparation. They use as much organic produce as they can from Colonial Gardens and locally sourced coffee.I got a blueberry scone and mini chocolate bundt cake- it was so amazing. Will try going for lunch soon.
