Good vegan fast casual place with a knowledgeable staff about avoiding cross-contamination. Wraps canNOT be made GF.

Very clear menu, feels like a safe environment. Really love the tempeh tenders! The fries are a bit limp, but still yummy. Nice place to sit down for lunch. Have been a couple times and felt fine after, will be going back!

I prefer this location to the one at Rockefeller Plaza as the food is fresher and hotter, the lines are shorter and getting tables is easier. At Rockefeller Plaza, it’s a gamble to order fries, etc, as they are often cold and stale. Also, it’s swarming with food delivery couriers who seem to get priority.
Another review mentioned that they accidentally got a non-gf order. This is a frequent occurrence at this chain generally. Always ask for the receipt to see if it says ‘gluten free’ next to your order. Also, there should be a pink ‘gf’ sticker on your food container. I’ve never had a reaction after eating at By Chloe.
Talking of stickers, be prepared for sticker shock- the gf ‘tax’ is high(!) It’s about $15 for a gf vegan ‘burger’ or large gf ‘pasta’ but it’s Manhattan prices and we need more safe gf fast food outlets for hot meals- we can’t all survive on cookies and chips or fork out on expensive restaurants.

They were careless when entering my order and served me the big wheaty shells in my vegan Mac n Cheese. (The GF pasta there are elbows.) Triple check your order at the counter. I asked for a free kombucha to "antidote" the few bites I'd taken.
The staff was knowledgeable and the menu is clearly labeled. I love their vegan gluten free mac and cheese!

Small chain in NY- gf items were marked and all food is vegan. Awesome amount of options and you won’t even believe some of it is gf/vegan. Super cute vibe too

Great vegan food, had the jackfruit chicken tenders (which tasted real). I believe fries are subject to cross contamination, but the staff was very knowledgeable about what was celiac safe. Gluten free desserts too!

Ate there this afternoon. I ordered things marked GF but didn’t tell them about my allergy. Currently pretty sick. Ugh.

Fewer GF items than I'd hoped for but the menu is clearly marked. They seem terribly understaffed so the service was pretty awful. I would recommend ordering take-out if you want a better experience. Service aside, the food was pretty good and very safe.

I did not get sick after ordering a kale ceasar salad bowl and fries (which are air fried). And I got a chocolate chip cookie! It was okay. The person taking my meal was not knowledgeable about celiac and could not tell me if any of the sauces were gluten free. However they seemed to know the protocol for gluten free food.
