We stumbled on this delightful Thai restaurant after shopping at the outlet mall in Castle Rock, Colorado. We ordered Panang Curry with Duck and Red Curry with Shrimp. We are a gluten free, soy free and corn free food family. Beau Thai II met our dietary allergy needs and provided a delicious meal! They provide a very safe, comfortable environment for ordering take out during these pandemic times. We ordered and within 15 minutes was rewarded with yummy food. Very fast service! We'll be back!
