Was here over Labor Day weekend. Had the #2 lunch sandwich on GF bread with Carolina Caviar as a side. Sandwich was delicious and I was assured staff would change gloves, utensils, etc. when preparing my food. Also had crab dip appetizer, they brought me GF crackers and the regular pita for the rest of my crew. Would definitely return.

Gluten free options labeled, even GF crackers for their fruit and cheese plate, and flourless chocolate torte for dessert: Got the pork chops which were delicious and didn’t feel sick! Super nice staff.

Have lots of salads and gluten free options. There are gluten free buns and wraps but it does not have a gluten free menu. The gluten free buns also have eggs in them. Overall pretty good experience!

Brunch - multiple options on the menu labeled GF and others can’t be modified (like no toast or subbing for GF bun). had the eggs Benedict over gf bun.

Two of us are gluten sensitive and one is also dairy sensitive. Waiter was very helpful and if he didn’t know, he went to the chef to find out. We ate the mahi mahi special with scallops and it was both gluten and dairy free and it was one of the most delicious meals that I’ve ever eaten. Waiter brought gluten free crackers since we couldn’t eat the bread. He even warned me about the flourless chocolate cake because of the kahlua used in it. I get fevers when I eat gluten so I waited to write this review. No problems. I am so happy with this restaurant and I look forward to visiting them again when I get out there in the future. The cost of the entrees are high but worth it when you eat it.

The server was knowledgeable about cross contamination and ensured to me that the kitchen would take appropriate measures (gloves changed, cleaning surfaces etc.). I ordered one of the sandwiches on the menu with gluten free bread... it was delicious! When the food was brought out, our server told me that the food runner had changed gloves and only touched my plate prior to serving me. I really enjoyed my meal and didn’t get sick... big win!

Three celiacs ate here with no issues! Food was great and items were clearly marked. Staff was very knowledgeable and checked on items for us. (Chef said no to Caesar dressing because of a vinegar they use, etc.) We had lots of choices, including the sandwich special of the day, switched to gf bread! Highly recommend!

One of my favorite places to eat. I love the spinach and Gorgonzola cheese dip with the GF crackers. Also they have amazing salads and you can get any sandwich with the GF bread. Overall very celiac friendly. Highly recommend trying their flourless espresso torte. It's seriously the best chocolate GF dessert I've ever had! Dinner menu is also very nice and celiac friendly.

I have celiac and am a vegetarian. I highly recommend this restaurant. They call out what is GF on the menu and offer GF crackers instead of bread. I had the Grecian salad and spinach artichoke dip. It was delicious and I did not get sick.
Fabulous Sunday brunch at Beaufort Grocery Co. Gluten free options listed on regular menu. Delicious gluten free bread from local bakery. Very knowledgeable of cross contamination. I highly recommend!
