My server was knowledgeable about gluten free options. The menu states that it uses a shared fryer. They have several great salad options and GF buns. I am gluten sensitive and have never had an issue eating here. All of the food I've had has been fantastic.

The service was incredibly slow and the chicken sandwich was overcooked so it could not even be chewed. the waitress did not come for so long, everyone else at my table already finished their food. They did not refund my sandwich price since they told me that I ate part of the bun and 10% of the chicken (while I waited for the waitress, who did not come)... Stay away if you want good food and service, this restaurant is horribly run and they cannot cook the food properly. When things go wrong, they still charge you and the manager gets angry.

Ugh, this restaurant was so frustrating!! They have a gluten free menu but NOTHING is actually gluten free!! Pizza is cooked on the brink oven floor with other pizzas, all fried items are fried in the same oil - cross contamination!!! They have gluten free buns and burgers but they share space on the grill and basically told me nothing is prepped separately. Skip this place!!

Delicious GF options. They do note cross contamination, shared work spaces, shared pizza oven, fryer, etc. Pizza was fantastic as was the pesto/cream cheese dip with tortilla chips. GF cocktails available

Don’t eat here if celiac! Ate here about 2 months ago, saw the good reviews. Well they’re wrong. After I ate here my stomach hurt so bad. And for almost two weeks I had to get my stomach back to normal. I had pizza. And something else. Definitely do not recommend If celiac

Started off strong by advising me about what was and wasn’t gluten free, then when my pizza was delivered I confirmed with the waiter that it was gluten free. Started feeling sick halfway through the meal and then was told that I was actually served a pizza on regular crust instead of the gluten free. Had to force the waiter to comp the whole meal- currently two Benadryl’s in and possibly might have to go to the ER.

best burger i’ve ever had! waitress was very knowledgeable and when she was unsure, she reassured me that the would go into the kitchen and ask to double and triple check the ingredients. offers gluten free bun or burger on a bed of lettuce. no gluten free menu, but i was able to have a gluten free substitute for the pizza chips! amazing experience with service and delicious food!

The description says they have a gluten free menu. They do not. Since Covid, the menu and ordering is online only. GF is not noted and neither are ingredients or prep. I asked for one of the old hard copy menus and was declined. The manager gave only two options, burger or pizza. I chose burger but was still glutoned. Not a huge amount, I believe it was cross-contamination, but still.

Loved the gluten free menu. Had the tapas appetizer and a pizza with balsamic drizzle, peppers, bacon, brussel sprouts and other delicious toppings. The pizza crust was very good and cooked to perfection. The tapas app was VERY flavorful and was a large portion. Highly recommend both of these eats! Our server was great and informed the kitchen of my allergy and to change gloves without me saying a word. This place is awesome!! Eat here!
Yes
Had an awesome gluten free six cheese pizza and no reactions. Crust is super good and definitely different.
Yes
I’d actually give 3.5 stars. Dedicated menu with salads, pizzas & burgers to choose from. Does not have a dedicated fryer for fries so you have to pay extra for a side salad since burgers come only with fries. GF bun was so-so. It’s crumbly. Great flavor for food though
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad without croutons. Waitress informed me that staff cleaned, changed gloves, and pulled fresh lettuce from the back. Great experience and I didn’t get sick.
Yes
A whole menu of delicious options for those Gluten free. And the GF pizza crust was out of this world delicious! Make sure you stop here.
I gave their gluten-free pizza two different tries and got sick both times. They warned they did not have separate cooking areas to prevent cross contamination. It was delicious, but not worth getting sick.
No
3 stars because I don't mean to totally bash them since I actually consumed nothing here, but an fyi to anyone looking for gluten free or reduced beer/breweries, they only have Omission beers, nothing for us on tap. That's pretty disappointing considering the menu options people rave about. Dark Sky Brewery has multiple GR options if that's what you are looking for, as I was :-). Cheers!
Seriously the BEST GF pizza crust I have ever had! Great GF menu! Awesome service and staff!
Yes
This place was great for celiac and gluten free. They had a separate gluten free menu. I ordered a Salmon Cobb salad and my daughter ordered a burger (The Lumberjack) with a gluten free bun. The food was delicious. All of their dressings were gluten free. They also have gluten free bread, buns, and even pizza dough. The fries were not gf, but they had knowledge about cross contamination, so we were safe.
Yes
What a pleasure to have eaten at Beaver Street Brewery. The staff are very kind. The food was great too! I have the Beaver Street burger on a GF bun. They have a dedicated menu (that’s an actual menu and not a second hand scrap of paper). They have GF pizza, bread, & even beer! I’ll definitely be going back on my next visit to Flagstaff. :)
Good selection of gluten free. All pizzas are gluten free and sandwiches
They have an extensive gluten free menu, but I ordered something that, though listed without gluten, contained it. My waitress was alert and knowledgeable and confirmed gf with the cook which is how we discovered it. I ordered the “14 spice” chicken ( the rice had flour) but 1/2 of the chicken had a bizarre, rubbery texture that was different from being dry. It didn’t seem like a normal meet texture. I heard they put the pizza on aluminum foil to prevent contamination in the oven, but use the same oven which is ok for some people. I wouldn’t return here. My husband lived his lasagna (not gluten free).
Amazing GF pizza, GF beer Omission and the steak melts in your mouth.
Yes
They do not have separate food prep areas for GF foods, so all GF foods prepped are cross contaminated when they come into contact with prep surfaces. This restaurant is fine for people with gluten free preferences. It is not celiac safe and does not claim to be.
No
What an amazing find. They have a separate gf menu, and a wide selection at that. I went for a pepper jack/bacon burger with fries, all tasting delicious. I'm a sucker for specialty lemonades, and the strawberry lemonade here is pretty tasty. I don't have Celiac's disease though so I can't comment on cross contamination (which seems to be an issue from what I'm reading).
I called before going to the restaurant and confirmed that they had a gluten free menu. I asked if they prepped food in a dedicated area and the person said yes. When we got to the restaurant, there was a 30 min wait. 20 min into the wait I asked for a copy of the gf menu so that my daughter could start deciding what to order. Luckily - I decided to double check the food prep. I was told that the person. I spoke to on the phone was mistaken. That all good was prepped and cooked on the same surfaces. I was told the gf pizza was cooked on its own pan but the dough was prepped with the other dough, and the utensils were shared. I asked if there was anything that they considered safe for my daughter. The person informed me that they use gluten free ingredients but that there was risk of contamination with all of their food. He followed that by saying - if a person has Celiac, it would be risky eating there. Very disappointed....
No
The menu has all kinds of things that say gluten free and offer fries or tortilla chips but then another note saying that the Fries and chips are done in the same fryer. Also, gf pizza. I thought after reading everyones reviews that it was good. When we mentioned the pizza the waitress informed us that it is baked on the rack, the same as the regular pizzas. After asking if they "could" bake on a separate pan the waitress said no. Very disappointing.
Stopped here on our way thru town. Our server Lindsay was great! Had the margarita lime chicken sandwich on a GF bun (delicious) - Lindsay was very knowledgeable on GF & even came back to our table to let us know the dressing we ordered was not GF. If we come back thru we'd definitely stop here again!
Delicious GF pizza. Good menu options.
Yes
Fresh made gf pizza dough that is Amazing!!! I will be back next time I'm in Flagstaff
They have a very large gluten free menu! My son had their hamburger with veggies. They fry multiple items in their fryer so it isn't safe. Friendly staff and the place was packed for a Monday night!
Yes
GF Pizza was really good!! We also had the Turkey Grinder GF!! Highly recommend!!! Sooo good!!
excellent BBQ Pizza and they make their own crust. Shared it with my non - gf husband and he loved it too.

Posted a picture of Beaver Street Pizza and its flavor with sun dried tomatoes and basil pesto is absolutely delicious! It's celiac friendly for pizza only.

Big GF Menu. The pesto appetizer is amazing. We came here twice in 2 days while staying Flagstaff.

Lies! This place is not celiac friendly AT ALL!! Soups are full of flour and everything is cooked on same stations. Not a good choice for anybody with celiac disease.

Everyone is very knowledgeable about gluten free. I have never had an issue with cross-contamination, and I've been here twice. Absolutely delicious burgers/buns and a good selection of gf beers.

This is the best gluten free pizza I have had yet! Omission Lager and Pale Ale as well.
Very helpful staff and delicious food!

Great selection & delicious food!
about 20 gluten free options. gluten free udis bun for burgers etc. 2 gluten feee beers both by omission. reasonably priced. and they are attached to a pool/bar so after dinner you can shoot pool. no dedicated fryer but I have personally never had a problem with their fries and I am pretty sensitive
Yes
They have great food from their pizzas to their sandwiches. They have a sizable gluten free menu. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Sadly they do not have a dedicated fryer, so those with celiac can not have their french fries. Overall it's a great place to eat.
Great pizza!!
Great gf menu.. Rib eye was awsome.. Really good gf beers. .. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable .. Deffinatley worth stopping at.. :-)
HUGE gluten-free menu and also a few GF beers. Very knowledgeable staff.
