Celiac friendly, the chef was very straightforward and accommodating. He even prepped our sandwiches in front of us so we would be sure they were ok.

I am super excited to find out that they use Franz gf bread as an alternative. I was able to get one of my favorite subs (from my gluten days) on the gf bread. It was just as awesome as I remember. Does use shared space, so CC can be an issue.
