The staff was not knowledgeable about gluten at all. I told them I had Celiac. I put it in the comments of my reservation. I talked to the waitress. She talked to the chef. They served tuna tartare with fried wontons, that they said were rice paper. Lost my business. I did not realize they were not corn or rice until I consumed one.
