Beechwood Inn

Served at a wedding I attended. I called ahead to find out what items were gluten free. the night of the wedding I also asked the manager to double check the initial food choices given. The listed items were different each time. I played it safe and ate chicken and beef and still somehow ended up sick.

the food is good but the menu is very limited. many items on the menu are marked as gluten free but when you question them they will say yes but, you must leave off the cheese or the bacon or substitute this and, in the end I often felt like I was getting lettuce on a plate. something I can do at home :(

Plenty of options on menu but despite ordering GF bun and asking specifically if said bun was GF, waitress came back 2 bites later to tell me it wasn't. I appreciate her quick response but not what I was expecting.

GF menu with plenty of options. Staff was happy to accommodate me and checked on me throughout the meal. Loved the Loaded Potato Skins off the appetizer menu. Will go back.
