Biscuits and Gravy type.Treva and John are amazing people.I believe Treva has a relative with Celiac, and is therefore familiar with the whole shpiel.All their sides are packaged in air-tight containers after preparation, until ordered.Their food is absolutely heaven.Get the Greens salad with the Chicken Grape salad.If the Rio Frio is the special of the day, grab it! It's delicious.As they're a biscuit shop, there are plenty biscuity dishes. Make sure to mention you're gluten-free when you walk in, so they can show you all your options.
