Went here during a super busy time and it seemed like there was only one waiter for the whole restaurant. The waiter was super nice though and answered my questions for the most part even if rushed. They have a shared fryer so no chips unfortunately (some of the items on the menu with chips are marked gluten free so this made me a little cautious of the menu). I ended up getting the shrimp enchiladas which were good but I'm not sure they were entirely gluten free as I'm having tummy issues today. Maybe it was because they were busy, maybe I didn't ask enough questions. I did however remind the waiter to let the cooks know I have an "allergy". So 🤷♀
