I always get Carna Asada with Corn Shells and Rice. Never had an issue with gf.

Most of my Bel Air experiences have been good but unfortunately not one of them! Had the chips and salsa and the shrimp bowl and was terribly ill. I was clear with my waiter when ordering that I have celiac/an “allergy” and there was a little sticker on my plate with it. Afterwards, I spoke to the manager that shift and they shared that allergens are normally something they do well, unfortunately that was not true this evening!

I think the only gluten free thing on the plate was the sticker. I was sick for days after eating here.

I got sick the last time I went there and should have known better not to come back but I love their salsa. I was told all the tacos marked “GF” are automatically gluten free and I didn’t need to request any changes. I told them I needed gluten free anyways because I didn’t want a repeat of last time. What do they serve me?Three “GF” tacos all on flour tortillas.
No
Didn’t get sick the first time I ate here. The second time they served me a gluten-filled taco even with a gluten free sticker on it. I didn’t eat the taco because I had a feeling it wasn’t gf. They apologized and took it back and made it “gf”. Got super sick that night.
Nice selection of GF options. Food was good.

Separate menu for gluten free. Very knowledgeable.

The staff was very knowledgeable. There is a separate GF menu as well as the fryer for chips are separate!

Staff was beyond knowledgeable about gluten allergies. Our server even explained very throughly to the fact that one of the tequilas in the margaritas were aged in whiskey barrels. Just ask and you can feel safe!
Gluten free menu makes ordering easy and staff is very knowledgeable! The food tasted good and flavors weren't overpowering. Black beans seemed to be a little over puréed and the way the corn tortilla were prepared for the tacos made them a little chewy. Will come back and try it again!
Lots of good options. I had a steak burrito bowl. No separate GF menu but items are marked.

This is one of our go to spots for dinner. Chips are gf. Gf items are clearly marked on the menu and the food is delicious. I’ve eaten here many times without getting sick. Manager and some of the waiters are really good about celiac/gf concerns but we did have an incident recently with a new waitress who failed to communicate with the kitchen clearly and my celiac sons food came out with a flour tortilla. I caught it in time, the manger came over and was extremely apologetic, they remade everything from scratch and comped his meal. We’ve been here enough to know that was an exception, not the norm
