Option sans gluten disponible, il suffit de le préciser dans la commande. Le cuisinier utilise alors une sauce différente sans gluten et une friteuse non contaminée. On était plusieurs à commander et la mienne était bien identifiée. J’ai demandé si possibilité d’ajouter des ingrédients, on m’a répondu que la contamination croisée était possible sur la plaque de cuisson de la viande.
