This restaurant was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the server was quite knowledgeable about what could be made gluten free and the food was quite lovely for the antipasti and the meal. Unfortunately, we booked the table though a reservation app and they had not received it and were surprised to see us. They offered only two gluten free desserts, one of which was a fruit I don’t like. I ordered the other one. After I ordered it, the server came back and said they were out of it. Just after they served dessert to all the other people at our table, they started blaring American pop music, which was a clear indication that they wanted us to leave (there were only two tables with people still in the restaurant. Only one of us (ours) held Americans). The second we got up from the table to leave, they switched to Italian music at a normal level. I guess if you’re Italian I would say to go for it, but don’t book on an app. If you’re American, just know that the good but they may not want you there. Mixed bag
— No gluten-free information on the menu
No separate menu, but staff was very knowledgeable. Had some of the best fish here! Also a fun area on this side of the river to explore with less crowds than the main area of Florence.
