Review of Bella Amici

My sister made a reservation here because they had gluten free for me. I called and asked how their eggplant was made and I was told in fryer. I asked if it was shared with regular food or dedicated just for gf. I was told it was shared. I told them that would not be safe and was told at 350 degrees that should kill anything. I asked about the pizza if it was baked in a pan not touching directly on the oven and was answered it is not safe for you as regular flour is in the oven. We are not certified gf. I went to Fiorella in Lake Worth instead as when I called them they had a separate gluten free menu and answered all my questions. They take gf seriously.
