Spoke to one of the family members for a while, waiting for my to go order. She could not have been more friendly.

She made me feel very comfortable about the good handling, and i HEARD HER SAY to THE CHEF... In a way that made it clear this is routine "...Panini Highly Allergic customer"

I will failure up if the good is not as delicious as it looks & smells!
