The food was really good! The staff was very knowledgeable!!! It’s hard to find good gluten free breakfast sometimes, but this restaurant did a great job. Honestly I think the gf bread they used was Canyon, which in my opinion never fails to slap. Definitely recommend and it was a nice little quick stop on our way out of Nashville.

Great little find on the way out of Nashville. Didn’t want anything super heavy on the ride home. Perfect sized breakfast sandwich with good flavor. Pleasant, clean dining area. Friendly wait staff

Exceptional gluten free paninis. I really enjoyed the Morning Y’all. Plantain chips also delicious. Came here twice during stay. No reaction.

They have a very good GF option on thier breakfast sandwich and on the weekends that have GF empinadas......rock your world. Staff have always been knowledgeable and friendly. Have had no issues and I go there a few times a month.

Very nice staff. Just ask them to clean the press before you have your GF sammy made so to lower cross contamination. Very accommodating!

They have gluten free bread for their paninis. It was delicious and I didn’t get sick.
