Bella Vista Italian Restaurant

I tried both a gluten free pasta and cauliflower crust pizza from Bella Vista. Many of their menu items can be substituted to be gluten free, just let your server know. I had the gnocchi gorgonzola from the menu, substituted with GF penne. The server took care to make sure the kitchen knew about my allergy, and the sauce was so good I ordered an extra side to take home. Because they do not have a separate GF space, the wait was a little longer which the owner explained to me that this sauce is made to order, and he fully sanitized the workspace before starting my order. I’d recommend going when it’s not too busy since it is a smaller restaurant.
