I enjoyed a gluten free blueberry muffin and a tropical smoothie. They were excellent and did not cause any gluten-related problems. The cafe also offers GF hoagie rolls, bread, and wraps for their sandwiches.

Last 2 times I have been there, they have not had any GF wraps or bread. They should erase (blackboard menu) it off the menu if not available.

They have gf bread and wraps! Delicious! I had a bacon egg and cheese on gf bread. The egg cups look good too and I will probably try one next time. It looked liked a frittata cooked in a muffin tin (eggs and veggies) . yum 👍
