The ownership seems to have changed. This place has a new name. No gluten free tortillas, rice, beans, nor chips. The only item I could have on the menu was carne asada, so we decided not to eat here.
— Not at all
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Not Much
They have a menu with **for gluten free items. They also have gluten free chips if you ask. I had the chicken tacos and they were good.
This place was insanely good. Will bring you gf chips, menu is marked with what can be made gf, the margarita mix is gf, and 3/4 desserts are as well. So good we went twice.

Had a great meal, all I had to do is let server know I was gluten free. Lots of options and the food was amazing and the service top notch. This is a must if you are in or near Taos, we will definitely be back!
Gluten free accommodations but TERRIBLE service! -coming from a very patient former server

Enjoyed gf chile relleno, gf shrimp enchiladas, elite (corn) and they made us our own gf chips hot from the fryer. Wonderful food, great service.

Having Hashimotos disease, my diet is very restricted. Traveling can be a nightmare. On a recent visit to Taos I found Bella's suggested, and loved it. Food was excellent, service was excellent, and our waiter was very knowledgeable about gluten and the ingredients in the meals. I can tell within hours if I ate something inflammatory, and I had no ill effects. My non-gf husband loved it too. We'll be back!
Food was good, but service was terrible! Had to ask to be seated, ask for chips, ask for guacamole, twice. Took forever to get our food. And for 3 meals and 1 beer we paid $80! Not worth it...
The Gluten Free menu was great! I will be back!
