Not celiac safe, not even friendly. The wait staff were not knowledgeable Bout celiac or ingredients, and I was actually served someone else’s dish (with regular wheat pasta!), by mistake. Will NEVER go back.

I don't know their full protocol, but it did not work for me as a celiac sensitivity person. They do make pizza crust in the same shared kitchen "at the other end", who knows what other source of possible cross contamination is present. Probably like most restaurants, nice to have some gluten free products like noodles, but unaware of good hygenic protocol.
Sauces and noodles were said to be gluten free. I am sickened likely by cross-contamination due to poor hygiene with cross contamination.

I had been to Bello Cucina before, a couple years ago, at their Fergus Falls location and had no issues. Unfortunately, that location closed so I was excited to eat at the St. Joseph's location. They do not have a separate gluten-free menu. The waitress explained to me that most things could be made gf. They do not have any GF appetizers or pizzas, though. For someone who's new to GF, ask questions! I ordered the Salmon Picatta, because the description didn't list any gluten, but I still asked the waitress to check with the kitchen. The piece of salmon I got was kind of small, but everything was delicious. I really went for the Ebony & Ivory dessert, but they were out! :( I'll definitely be going back before heading home. #GFTCMN #GFFFM
Very accommodating with gluten free options. I have been there a few times and have ordered gluten free pasta, what is nice is you can get any of their sauces as they are all gluten free. I would like to see a few more apps available, but overall a great place!! I'll for sure be going back!
This was our 2nd and last time eating here. No plans to go back. Service was poor. The pasta portions were very small. My salmon salad had about 1/4 cup of salmon and a lot of lettuce.
They do not know there stuff! Waiter pretended to know about gluten free but proved he didn't when I got sick after. Called to let them know, they didn't really seem to care.
No
they have gf pasta and every pasta dish except for stuffed pasta can be made gluten free. All of the pasta sauces are gf, the vinaigrette dressings are safe. The only issue I've had is they change the gf pasta a lot so it always looms different and some of the staff even though you've ordered gf and explained how serious it is still bring you bread.
