Typically have a selection of new cascadia bagels (the best boiled bagels around), and menu options that contain gluten are very clearly marked. Staff have been knowledgeable about gluten free/cross contamination when I’ve asked, and I’ve been told I can ask them to open a fresh container of cream cheese. Beware, they do use a shared toaster for conventional and gluten-free bagels so I ask for mine untoasted

Delicious vegan bagel sandwiches! I got the lox on a sesame bagel this time. I suspect it’s the new cascadia bagel. Fresh veg and tasty carrot lox. Amazing!
