All of their grilled rustic and brick oven pizzas can be made gf. Had the Penne Bolognese and the Penne Boscaiola. Son had the Brick Oven Saint Agrippina pizza, 2x. It has sweet Italian sausage, fresh ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, and fresh basil leaves. Made in its own disposable pie pan. Just don’t try to be in a hurry.
