First off, Veronica is awesome! Super friendly, knowledgeable and just an overall rockstar as she covers the entire restaurant plus phone orders, etc. and is super on top of everything. We had the GF/Vegan spring rolls and hands down the best I've ever had. The dipping sauce is sooo good! We then had the Gluten Free and Vegan Pho and it was very delicious, again, the best because I'm not big on tofu but theirs is really good. Combine that with the bok choy, broccoli, carrots and other veggies...so good! I have celiac disease and Veronica was understanding and took care to let the kitchen know to ensure I would be able to dine safely. Will definitely be coming back again and again!
