Dedicated gf facility and menu is 100% gf - I eat here all the time and one of the only places I eat out where I consistently feel great after. Highly recommend just ordering through Doordash for delivery as the pickup location is kind of weird and crowded (like a depot for delivery drivers to pick up orders, not a sit down restaurant) but otherwise can’t recommend enough.

I have eaten at Ben’s a couple times now, and absolutely love the food. I’m a sensitive Celiac, and have never gotten sick. The only issue I have had is the pickup process is a nightmare. My partner has refused to go here again for this reason, lol.

Healthy plus tasty food. Nima tested gluten free. Ordered the vegetarian chickpea and potato bowl.. the only minus point is the food is too dry.. i mean you would have to add extra sauce for money.

Plenty of healthy and delicious gluten free options. It is not a gluten free facility however, if you are very sensitive I would be cautious. They operate out of a large shared kitchen with 20+ other restaurants that are not all gluten free.

This place was so good- healthy and filling and affordable. So glad that there’s another dedicated GF place in San Jose
